  • You represent a hospital, clinic, healthcare enterprise, or authorized entity

7. Termination

  • Required compliance standards are breached

Termination does not affect accrued obligations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
